Crash Champions Collision Repair Naperville

If I could leave a rating of 0 stars, I would. My car is currently stuck in their shop as I just called and found out they are closed for the holidays. It has been there for over two weeks now awaiting a part that we keep getting told "will be delivered tomorrow" every time we call. The communication is beyond terrible. We get no updates or information unless we call and even when we speak to someone, we get nothing but "maybe". Our car was hit by another person, and the only reason we brought our car to this location was because their insurance company sent us there. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE.

Had a collision repair recently completed by these guys. What a GREAT experience, from the beginning with Frank giving the estimate to Kaden running the claim. My car had $8K in damage. The repair was on the front end of my car and was complete in under 2 weeks which was shorter than the time estimate. The final product looked amazing. I would highly recommend this repair center for the outstanding service, communication and job itself ! Thank you

The service by the front end staff here is awful. Once you get past them the rest of the staff is great. But the chick who answers the phone is lazy and unable to ever get it right the first time. I repeated have waited long times to get told I’m in the wrong department. Rather than just take a message to the correct person this really rather small office will continue to make you wait on hold. Then just say it’s not their fault. No accountability to just do what is right but again the repairs were done well and Caden was great. It’s just the front staff that really suck.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. I called 6 times over the course of three days, no one ever answers the phone at this location. My car sat at the shop for almost three full days until I was able to get in touch with someone directly. They also don’t return phone calls or messages. They have people with no sense of urgency or professionalism when it comes to their customers. Take your car ANYWHERE else but here. They just want your money and don’t have a care in the world about how their customers are treated. No apology, nothing to rectify my clear, communicated dissatisfaction with their service from start to finish.

No one likes getting into car accidents, but it helps, a lot, when you work with a company that is professional and timely to help get you back on the road. My car was with them for about a monthly and we received Ed updates from them, weekly, on the progress and estimated date of completion. Picked up my car today and the before and after is simply remarkable. My hope is that I never need this service again, but if I do, absolutely going back to Crash Champions Collision in Naperville
